Der autobiografische Liebesroman behandelt die innige Liebesbeziehung zwischen [[Angela Merkel|Mutti]] und [[Olaf Scholz|Olli]] während ihrer ausgedehnten Reise durch den [[Hartz IV|Harz]]. Am dramatischen Ende verlieren sich die beiden beim Eisklettern auf dem Brockengletscher, von dem eine Eis-Scholle abbricht, auf der gerade Olli sitzt.
